GETTING HERE

arriving at the property

Turning onto Wellwood Street from either Great Victoria Street or Sandy Row, you will approach Victoria Place (pictured). The entrance to the building and the lockbox which contains your apartment keys is on Glenalpin Street.

Your lockbox is located just a little way along from the front doors. Walk past the parking metre and look for the lockboxes on the right with the smiley faces. Follow us to find the lockboxes and access the building!

Use the details you’ll have received the day prior to arrival to input the correct code and retrieve your key and building fob. Hold the building fob against the sensor at the main entrance to release the door. You will need to do the same once inside to open internal communal doors.

If you have misplaced your details or haven’t yet received them, please don’t wait until you arrive to make contact. Give us a call on the number below and we’ll ensure you have what you need.

If you’re struggling to open the lockbox, just watch this quick video for assistance.

NEED TO PARK A CAR?

Parking is free-of-charge and you’ll have one designated space in a secured lot. Drive to the very end of Glenalpin Street and take a right - you’ll see the shutter in front of you. You have been allocated space #62 and, as this is permitted, you must park only in the provided space.

Shutter fobs and permits are left in the apartment and can be found on the perspex shelf just inside the apartment door. You will need to retrieve your keys and collect this first and we understand this can sometimes feel a little inconvenient, but fobs have the tendency to jam lockboxes. We want to ensure you're able to retrieve your keys smoothly for the sake of a quick scoot up the elevator!

After departure, you must head back up to the apartments and return both the shutter fob and the permit to this shelf. Should either be taken with you, you will be charged for its replacement and costs incurred by future guests in the interim.

*Please ensure you never leave your car unattended while parked on any yellow lines or within restricted, ticketed areas. Traffic wardens are extremely active in the city centre and Central Belfast Apartment cannot be held responsible for any parking tickets incurred by the actions of guests.

transport links

Both airports have regular, reliable public transport links to the city centre. If you’re arriving at the International airport, click here to view your options. From George Best City airport, click here.

Taxis will be present at the departure doors and Uber operates in the city, but if you wish to pre-book with a local company, we would recommend either of the following:

Fonacab - +44 (28) 90333333
Valucabs - +44 (28) 90809080

Car hire can also be arranged at both airports. One free, designated parking space is available, but if you require any additional parking there is an NCP car park just a few blocks away off the Dublin Road.
