arriving at the property
You will find Bass Buildings, pictured, located on Alfred Street, in the heart of Belfast City Centre. As we’re not permitted to attach the lockbox to the apartment building itself, we have secured this across the street, down the opposite avenue, north-west of the main building. Follow us to the lockbox location and use the details you will have received the day prior to find your specific lockbox and the code to open that.
If you have misplaced your access details or haven’t yet received them, please don’t wait until you arrive to make contact. Give us a call on the number below and we’ll ensure you have what you need.
If you’re struggling to open the lockbox, just watch this quick video for assistance.
Use the building fob to access the main entrance, proceed through the lobby and take the stairs to the third floor. Take the corridor to the left and you will find the apartment right at the end.
An important note: the property isn’t sold with lift facilities as we don’t manage the building and have no control over the maintenance of these. If they are in operation, please do feel free to use them but, if they are out of service, please do bear this in mind when communicating with our team!

Taxis will be present at the departure doors and Uber operates in the city, but if you wish to pre-book with a local company, we would recommend either of the following:

Car hire can also be arranged at both airports.
Please do not park any vehicles in the Bass Building car park or you will be clamped. We do not have permission to use this facility. We recommend using the car park found on Joy Street, at the back of the Bass Buildings or the Adelaide Exchange multi-storey just opposite the front entrance to the complex.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.
It’s always helpful to know what time our guests expect to arrive. And if that happens to be earlier than above, just let us know. Sometimes it’s simply not possible, but it may be that you can drop your luggage and return a little later.
