Arriving along Bridge End, heading towards the city centre, you will find The Sandford building, a large, white, apartment complex on the left hand side. Please access the grounds via the right set of steps, as photographed. To assist with your arrival, watch this video to follow us to the apartment!
Use the details you’ll have received the day prior to arrival to input the correct gate code and lockbox code. The lockbox is located beside the apartment door.
If you have misplaced your details or haven’t yet received them, please don’t wait until you arrive to make contact. Give us a call on the number below and we’ll ensure you have what you need.

NEED TO PARK A CAR?
Parking is free-of-charge and you’ll have one designated space in a secured lot. You have been allocated space #1 - this is located via the shutter down the slipway to the left of the building. Loop around the car park and you’ll find your space on the left just before you reach the Exit shutter.
Park only in the space allocated and ensure you display the permit face up at all times.
Shutter fobs and permits are left in the apartment so you will need to retrieve your keys and collect these first. We understand this can sometimes feel a little inconvenient, but we cannot mount lockboxes externally and fobs have the tendency to jam lockboxes. We want to ensure you're able to retrieve your keys smoothly for the sake of a quick scoot up the elevator! Both must then be returned following your departure from the car park and the apartment or your security deposit will have to be withheld.
*Please ensure you never leave your car unattended while parked on any yellow lines or within restricted, ticketed areas. Traffic wardens are extremely active in the city centre and Central Belfast Apartment cannot be held responsible for any parking tickets incurred by the actions of guests.

Taxis will be present at the departure doors and Uber operates in the city, but if you wish to pre-book with a local company, we would recommend either of the following:

Car hire can also be arranged at both airports. Free secured parking is available in the underground car park for one car only. Additional paid parking can be found just across the road underneath the bridges. Please follow the specific signage regarding payment and time limitations.

It’s always helpful to know what time our guests expect to arrive. And if that happens to be earlier than above, just let us know. Sometimes it’s simply not possible, but it may be that you can drop your luggage and return a little later.
