GETTING HERE
arriving at the property
Arriving from the city centre you’ll travel along Rugby Road, before turning left onto Rugby Parade. Always input the full address into your GPS or you will just be directed to the general vicinity of the apartment! At the end of the avenue you’ll see the Rugby Square apartment block situated beyond large, black gates.
To gain access by car, use the keypad on the right hand pillar to enter the code provided in your check in message. Important: remember to press the blank button (beside the 0) both before and after entering the number.
If you’re on foot, use the pedestrian gate code provided and access to the right of the vehicular gates.
If you have misplaced your details or haven’t yet received them, please don’t wait until you arrive to make contact. Give us a call on the number below and we’ll ensure you have what you need.
You will then need to retrieve your keys from Post-Box #5, again using the code provided. This will contain a fob for the building door and a key for the apartment door itself. Please ensure you never leave these inside the building as you cannot access the building without the fob.
Your apartment is located on the second floor of the left-hand building, marked ‘1-6’ above the door.

Taxis will be present at the departure doors and Uber operates in the city, but if you wish to pre-book with a local company, we would recommend either of the following:

Car hire can also be arranged at both airports. Free, secured parking is available just outside the property. You can park in any space.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.
It’s always helpful to know what time our guests expect to arrive. And if that happens to be earlier than above, just let us know. Sometimes it’s simply not possible, but it may be that you can drop your luggage and return a little later.
