Situated just off the bustling Botanic Avenue, the apartment is located at 47 University Street. This is a red-brick, mid-terrace property, as pictured and you’ll find Apt. #2 on the first floor.
The main entrance is a keypad entry and the lockbox is located at the apartment door itself. You’ll use the details you received the day prior to arrival to input the correct codes and access the building and apartment.

It’s always helpful to know what time our guests expect to arrive. And if that happens to be earlier than above, just let us know. Sometimes it’s simply not possible, but it may be that you can drop your luggage and return a little later.
