FULL-SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION

Our wealth of experience in design and sourcing will save you months of trying to furnish the space on your own. Our goal is to provide you with eye-catching design, thoughtful details, and stunning photos of your listing to help you maximize your short-term rental income.

So what do we actually do?

  • Create an overall story and design aesthetic for the property

  • Provide a mood board and/or creative build-out for each room.

  • Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, e.g. sanding and caulking, prior to the main fit-out and installation. Please note, this does not include major repairs encountered during refurbishment. Anything beyond the remit of our agreement will be escalated to the client for appropriate action.

  • Complete all paintwork and/or wallpapering in-house.

  • Source and coordinate the purchase all of furnishings and accessories.

  • Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the central office, then oversee transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

  • Assemble, set-up and install all furnishings and accessories.

  • Coordinate interior photography, including detail photos to help increase bookings.

Prices quoted include:

-mood-board generation and creative build-out
-project management from handover to completion
-purchase of all goods and handling of delivery logistics
-scheduling full maintenance prep of the property
-arranging all paintwork, wallpapering and lighting installs
-building and placement of all furniture and décor
-co-ordination of and staging for a professional photoshoot
(photos will be shared with the client for their personal use)

*Prices are approximate; every property will be considered on a bespoke basis. A thorough property viewing will be required prior to receipt of an official quote. Prices include living spaces and internal hallways, but do not include any white goods, outdoor furniture or kitchen and bathroom re-furbishments.
