Arriving from the city centre you’ll travel a little distance along East Bridge Street, over Albert Bridge, before turning left onto Short Strand. You will find Pottinger’s Quay on the left, situated beside the River Lagan.

You will enter the grounds via the pedestrian gate then you’ll find the lockboxes located on the wall to the right of the front door; look for the stickered boxes! Use the details you’ll have received the day prior to arrival to input the correct code for the pedestrian gate and the lockbox to retrieve your key. You apartment is located on the fourth floor - you can take the stairs or follow the corridor around to the lift.

Free parking within the secured lot is available for one car only per apartment. Shutter fobs are left in the apartment so you will need to retrieve your keys and collect this first. You can briefly pull up on the pavement by the railing while you do so. We understand this can sometimes feel a little inconvenient, but fobs have the tendency to jam lockboxes. We want to ensure you're able to retrieve your keys smoothly for the sake of a quick scoot up the elevator!
