arriving at the property
Due to building restrictions, the lockbox has been placed externally to the St Anne’s complex on Talbot Street and you will first need to locate this in order to retrieve your keys. You’ll find it on the brick wall just opposite the Ramada and to the right of the parking metre. We’ve pulled together a walkthrough video - ensure you watch this before you arrive and you can’t go wrong! Use the code you’ll have received the day prior to open this and collect your keys. Remember to scramble the code when you close it.

Should you have misplaced your details or haven’t yet received them, please don’t wait until you arrive to make contact. Give us a call on the number below before 5 p.m. and we’ll ensure you have what you need.
Once inside the building, you’ll head to the fourth floor, accessible by lift or stairs, and follow the signs to Apartment 422.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.
It’s always helpful to know what time our guests expect to arrive. And if that happens to be earlier than above, just let us know. Sometimes it’s simply not possible, but it may be that you can drop your luggage and return a little later.
