Too toasty?! On the rare occasion that the city does see a spectacular summer’s day, the apartment is equipped with a self-standing air conditioning unit. Tucked into the corner of the lounge, to the right of the TV unit, you simply……

All properties have a hairdryer to hand and we provide one set of towels per guest to save you some room in your suitcase!
As we’re self-serviced accommodation and not a hotel, dailyhousekeeping is not provided. However, if you are staying with us for more than seven days, someone will attend to turnover the house and restock your linen. This is will be pre-arranged with the team in the office.
A small number of toilet rolls and miniature toiletries are left to get you started on your first night. The Tesco Metro or the adjoining chemist located just across the street would be your closest location to stock up on supplies.

Please relax and make yourself at home in our comfy lounge. You’ll find board games and books for those quieter evenings in. And the TV is equipped with a number of streaming apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer. Use your own account details to sign into these and we would just gently remind you to sign out before departing!
*If you forget, don’t worry - just contact the team in the office and we’ll have a member of staff head down and log you out.
Depending on the make-up of your group, you may also need to use the sofa bed in the evenings. We’ve pulled together a quick video tutorial to show you exactly how this operates so you can get settled down with no stress!

The main bedroom has a spacious built-in wardrobe where you can store away your luggage and you’ll find hanging space for those items you want to keep neat and tidy.
You will find the washer dryer in the kitchen and the iron and ironing board in the hallway cupboard. A small number of laundry capsules can be found below the kitchen sink.

The apartment is set up with electronic window blinds for your convenience, on both the street-facing windows and the glass panel between the bedroom and the kitchen. You may wish to lower the latter in the evening to block any external or internal light. Simply press the up or down arrows on the white control panels to operate.
The spacious, private kitchen is always a hit with our guests. Here you’ll have everything you need to whip up a tasty, home-cooked meal or a warm breakfast on a cold winter’s day.
As we’re self-serviced accommodation, we provide utensils, cookware and crockery, but the cupboards and the fridge are left bare for you to stock with what you need. Take a seat at the dining table and relax over your morning coffee before setting off for a full day of sights or shopping.
Ensure the cooker is switched on at the wall via the large red switch. To operate, please use the series of buttons above the oven door The hob is touch operated.
Before you leave the house on the morning of your departure, we simply ask that you pop your crockery in the dishwasher and clean any pots and pans you might have used.

Although it can sometimes feel like it, we aren’t a hotel so some of our processes will be different. As daily Housekeeping isn’t a feature of self-serviced accommodation, it may be the case that you start to accumulate more rubbish than fits in your personal, indoor bins.
If that’s the case, we would kindly ask that you remove this to prevent any spillages or odours in-house. In the main lobby, pass through the door to the right of the lifts and you’ll find the communal waste area. We would kindly ask that you do follow the specific building requirements with regards to recycling and waste disposal.
Replacement bin-bags will be under the sink in the kitchen and we thank you for your kind co-operation.
